Most business owners only have a vague idea what a website can do for them. This talk was delivered to students from Swinburne's "Post. Grad. Diploma in Small Business Management" course, which was a bit of a shock because I was expecting to talk to people studying to become an eBusiness professional and I had to switch to a totally different track about 2 minutes into the talk! Good thing I hadn't put a lot of work into the slides.
